The 70 m² ground-floor layout is designed to dissolve the boundaries between indoors and out, bringing the Tuscan landscape right to your doorstep. The space flows naturally from the living area to the sleeping quarters, where two bedrooms—one double and one twin—offer quiet seclusion. With two private bathrooms, the apartment ensures effortless comfort and independence, even when shared with family or friends.
Outdoor Veranda
An alfresco living space that extends the comfort of the indoors toward the landscape. Sheltered by a wooden pergola, the veranda is the ideal spot for slow lunches and quiet evenings, with direct access to the barbecue and a prime view of the garden and pool.
Emotional Garden
A symbolic journey through monoliths and ancient geometries, designed to reconnect guests with nature. Created by architect Caterina Angela Contu, this space transforms the Maremma landscape into a path of reflection, peace, and presence.
The "Orto Scomposto" (Kitchen Garden)
An area dedicated to cooperation and the value of time. Linear planters host traditional vegetables and heritage fruits that guests can tend to, rediscovering the pleasure of simple gestures and an authentic bond with the Maremma soil.

The living area, featuring a dining space and a fully equipped kitchenette, is the soul of the house: bright, welcoming, and designed for lived-in comfort rather than display. From here, the space opens directly onto the veranda, sheltered by a wooden pergola and overlooking the garden and pool.
